Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "u2ww2" refers to the website u2ww2.net together with all services, games and functions provided on it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the services of this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user profile legitimately registered on the u2ww2 platform with accurate personal information.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in a player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that are still subject to wagering conditions.
• "Bonus" refers to funds or free credits granted by the platform to a player subject to the wagering conditions specified.

• Any losses arising from a player's negligence in maintaining account security are the responsibility of the player.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The u2ww2 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Minimum deposit for all methods is RM20 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal requests below this limit will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the chosen method and the time the request is made.
• The platform reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal request for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Funds deposited must come from an account in the player's own name. Deposits using third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Any attempt to process transactions that violate anti-money laundering laws may result in account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.

The platform does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals made through the listed methods. However, the respective payment providers may apply their own charges.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by u2ww2 are subject to the wagering requirements specified. Players need to understand these conditions before accepting any bonus.

• As an example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, making the balance RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Second example: a deposit of RM2,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,000, making the balance RM3,200. The wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings from using the bonus after meeting the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• The platform reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if a player is found to be abusing the promotion system or violating bonus terms.
• Each player is eligible for one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim the bonus more than once through different accounts is a violation of the terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts.
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback and seasonal promotions have their own terms, which will be stated specifically alongside each promotion.

Game Rules and Platform Usage

• An account closure request is submitted by the player, including on the grounds of responsible gambling.
• Legal requirements or directives from authorities that require account closure.

Platform Liability Limits
